Jacob B. Eisen joined MVB in April 2021 and has more than 20 years of diversified financial services, payments, banking and investment banking experience. Prior to joining MVB, Mr. Eisen most recently co-founded ConnexPay, a highly successful venture-capital backed payments company where he served as Chief Operating Officer and as a Board member. Additionally, he served as a Board member of County Bancorp (Investors Community Bank), formerly a Nasdaq-listed bank holding company, until the company was successfully acquired in 2021.
Early in his career, Mr. Eisen was an executive and owner of an ATM manufacturing and processing company. He also served as a managing director for several FINRA-licensed investment banks, including Ambassador Financial Group, which was acquired by PNC Capital Markets. Much of Mr. Eisen’s investment banking experience focused on advising publicly traded banks.
Mr. Eisen is passionate about facilitating partnership opportunities between financial technology innovators and FDIC-insured financial institutions.
